The advice, the signed certificate and the turnaround are the same on every service. It is emailed the same working day as your appointment either way. What a higher fee buys is an earlier appointment, and priority support alongside it.
Every fee below is per person and includes everything. No VAT is added, so £150 is £150.

Two people receiving advice on the same matter? Add an additional attendee to any service. Each person pays the per-person fee and receives their own certificate. No VAT is added to any of these fees.

Questions about the cost
How much does independent legal advice cost in the UK?
At ILA Hub the fee is fixed per person: £150 for Standard (booked two or more days ahead), £250 for Fast Track (the next day) or £350 for Priority Same-Day (today, or the next day once it is past 6pm). No VAT is added, so those are the total amounts you pay. The advice, the signed certificate and same-working-day certificate delivery are identical on every service. The fee only changes how soon you are seen. Across the UK market, fees for an independent legal advice certificate typically range from around £120 to £300 or more per person.
Do you charge VAT on top of the fee?
No. £150, £250 and £350 are the total amounts payable per person. No VAT is added at checkout and your invoice shows no VAT, so the figure you see when you book is the figure that leaves your account.
Why is the fee per person?
Each person receiving advice has their own 30-minute appointment and receives their own signed certificate, so each person pays the per-person fee. Two people on the same matter simply book back-to-back appointments in one booking.
What does the fixed fee include?
A one-to-one video appointment with an experienced adviser, advice on the nature, effect and risks of your document, secure online identity verification, and a signed certificate of independent legal advice, sent to you and, on request, directly to your solicitor or lender. If your lender has issued its own certificate form, we complete that form as part of the same fee.
Are there any extra costs?
No. The fee shown when you book is the fee you pay, with no VAT added on top. Completing your lender's own certificate form, sending the certificate to your solicitor or lender, and identity verification are all included.
How fast will I receive my certificate?
Your signed certificate is emailed the same working day as your appointment on every service. What the higher fees change is how soon the appointment itself can be: Priority Same-Day appointments are available today, Fast Track from the next day and Standard two or more days ahead.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
