Your signed certificate of independent legal advice is emailed to you and, if you wish, sent directly to your solicitor or lender — same day on our fast track services.
Booking online
Choose the service that matches what your lender has asked for, pick Standard, Fast Track or Priority Same-Day, and select an appointment time from the live diary. Payment is taken securely by card when you book, and your confirmation email arrives straight away with everything you need.
Verifying your identity
Before your appointment we verify your identity using secure online ID verification — you photograph your passport or driving licence and take a quick selfie from your phone. It takes around two minutes and means your certificate can't be challenged on identity grounds.
Your video appointment
Your adviser joins you on a secure video call at your booked time. They will already have reviewed the document you've been asked to sign. They'll explain what it means in plain English, set out the risks and obligations, answer your questions and check you're signing freely — without pressure from anyone.
Your certificate
Once your adviser is satisfied you understand the document, we prepare and sign your certificate of independent legal advice — on our standard form or your lender's own form. It's emailed to you and, if you wish, directly to your solicitor, broker or lender. Priority clients receive it within 2 hours of the appointment.
